ECP maintains a 7,200 sq. ft. National Training Center that includes 4 service bays that simulate dealer operations for product application training and demonstrations, as well as a classroom capable of hosting up to 104 guests for Sales and Income Development training.
Professional Trainingat All Levels
Our North American Sales Team has previous automotive dealership experience and are knowledgeable on the processes necessary to increase customer acceptance of products, programs and services available. ECP has over 25 professional sales representatives supported by our internal departments and administrative assistants to provide field support at all levels.
All training materials and tools are portable for use in-field, at dealerships, agent offices, and are available for use remotely.
Aftermarket Training
Aftermarket Training is provided for every level of dealership personnel including Sales, F&I, Detail, Applicator, Management, as well as e-contracting and back-office support. Our Aftermarket sales representatives train in dealerships, at remote facilities or at our National Training Center, and also host online webinars and seminars.
Consumer videos are available for use on dealership websites and devices. All of our consumer videos are featured on ECP’s website and on YouTube to facilitate easy accessibility in order to present from desktop computers, laptops, tablets or smart phones.
We also provide online training through our ECP University™ platform – interactive virtual training modules consisting of topics ranging from product knowledge to program implementation, income development, application process, sales process, presentations, demonstrations, objection handling, and so much more.
Vehicle Care Training
Vehicle Care Product Training is provided for all levels of Dealership personnel, including Detailers, Reconditioning Experts, Prep and Service and Facility Maintenance employees as well as Distributor Sales Personnel. Product training classes are held in dealerships, at remote facilities or at our National Training Center, and can also be provided as online webinars and seminars. We offer Master Trainer & Master Technician certification classes as well.
