Experienced Compliance Professionals

ECP maintains a fully staffed Compliance Department dedicated to monitoring compliance across our F&I products, programs and services. Our team helps oversee requirements related to VPP, VSC and Magnuson-Moss regulations and licenses, providing the knowledge and support needed to maintain compliant operations.

ECP is a charter member of the Motor Vehicle Protection Products Association (M.V.P.P.A.) and the Service Contract Industry Council (S.C.I.C.), reflecting our longstanding commitment to compliance within the automotive industry.

Supporting Compliance and Customer Satisfaction

Our Compliance Department also monitors claims escalation processes and provides quarterly training for consumer-facing employees. This includes Consumer Relations, Customer Service, Reinsurance and Sales personnel, helping ensure our teams remain informed and equipped to support customers effectively.
