For Exterior Claims, you will need to submit the following information:

A copy of your warranty
A copy of your most current motor vehicle registration
Photos of the damaged area
An estimate of repair from either your selling dealer or bodyshop

In addition to the above-referenced correspondence, please complete the Exterior Claims Form and submit it with all of the items listed above.

There are three options available to you with regards to filing a claim:

You may use our online claims system, which will allow you to fill out the claim form and attach all information to an email and send it to us;
You may email us directly from your home or office at claims@ecpinc.net; or
You may mail the information to the ECP Claims Department, PO Box 932, Oak Brook, IL 60522.

Once the Claims Department receives all of the required information listed above, the file will be reviewed and you will be notified of the results via email and/or US mail depending upon how you’ve submitted your claim. We recommend submitting your claim via email for the quickest results.
